Week 3- Social Media Privacy/ Excel

As the one pitching this idea it is vital for me to avoid making any embarrassing information about myself known to the public through any means of social media. To do so may jeopardize the success of the project. A good place to start would be to google myself and make sure there is no false information floating around out there. Next I would check on the privacy settings on my facebook and twitter accounts.

This concept may also come into play if I was to create a facebook or twitter page about my product or the business associated with it. I would follow the same guidelines for these and also be sure not to give the passwords for these out to anyone- even people I am working with- because you never know how those relationship can turn. It is more important to maintain these websites than my personal ones because of the higher number of likely viewers and the intent of these viewers.

Microsoft Excel would be very useful when dealing with the numbers surrounding my idea. All financial aspects involved would most likely be handled through this program. It would also be useful when testing different models of my product. I could use conditional formatting to show models that went over a certain impact threshold during testing, and rule them out.
